June 1st 2011 the State of Wisconsins new law Act
90 took effect, this law regulates dog breeding and sales, it reguires any one selling over 25 dogs
or puppies a year to be licensed. It
regulates Kennel sizes, whelping set ups, cleaning and sanitization proccesses, veterinary care, grooming, socialization
and excersise and record keeping of dogs. This law also reguires puppies are not sold until a minumum of 7 weeks
and are examined by a vet before being sold, and come with a certificate of veterinary inspection or CVI. Adult dogs sold
must also be examined and come with this certificate. It also reguires all licensed breeders/sellers to display/show you the license. I am proud to say that on July 7th, I had my kennels, dogs
and records inspected and passed with flying colors! I am now a offical State of Wisconsin licensed kennel. License Number: 267982-DS
Please be sure you get your new family member from a repetubale breeder who is following the laws!!
AKC Inspected last on 09/27/06, all records, dogs and kennel conditions found in compliance
with rules and regulations.
